the voters in the various faculties before the commencement of voting,
the Vice Chancellor, Professor Chinedum Nwajiuba pointed out that the
need to elect new Deans of Faculties became necessary as the University
adopts novel procedures in tackling every issue and getting the desired
results. He further stated that the new system of electing Faculty Deans
affords the eligible contestants the opportunity to bring their
expertise to bear and as a way of promoting the University’s policies
and implementation.
He

voters to exercise their franchise with utmost sense of duty and

the members of their respective Faculties for counting them worthy to
lead and said that the already existing peace found in the faculties
